Gretchen has over 12 years of experience helping clinicians grow their practices. While providing her offices with marketing, practice strategy and overall business development, Gretchen has assisted offices with treatment coordination, case presentation and staff development. She most recently has specialized in understanding patient behaviors and how it impacts acceptance based on case complexity. Her tenure focuses on bridging the gaps between surgical specialists and general dentists to mutually build their practices’ around surgical and restorative implant dentistry. Gretchen’s speaking experience includes lecturing at clinician study clubs, national and regional sales meetings, as well as scientific meetings. Gretchen has consulted Oral Surgeons, Periodontitis and large dental companies on practice management, marketing strategy and the optimization of clinical work-flow. The partnerships she has fostered with key opinion leaders in the dental community give her a unique perspective on the dental implant market today. Gretchen is currently the Director of National Accounts and Sales at Lending Club Patient Solutions where her role focuses around understanding the unmet financial needs of patients while coaching office teams to enhance their ability to relay the value and necessity of the treatments they provide to their patient population.
